Our Table Farm Open House is today from 3 to 5pm in Sherwood

InFARMation and Beer! (and great food) at Holocene is Tuesday 4/9 from 5:30 - 8:30pm - see you there  : )

Symphony of the Soil at the Hollywood Theater is Thursday 4/11 at 7pm and after the film, Naomi is moderating the Q+A with the filmmaker Deborah Koons Garcia.

This film is awesome!  Cinematically beautiful and truly fascinating, the film travels the world and talks with very interesting people.  Most of us are happiest when we got some dirt under our nails and love our soil, knowing we exist because it does and nurture it.  but what is soil really...?  There is also live music before the film from Blue Flags & Black Grass and the theater has food and drinks, too, so come a bit early and get dinner there, Atomic Pizza, popcorn with real butter, soda, wine, tea,  candy and Salt & Straw ice cream (all these things exist for you to eat because of dirt!  ha haaaa!).  And Friends of Family Farmers will be there tonight, too.

Check out The Portland Ecofilm Festival on the theater's website and facebook for more great films in the coming months.

The Side Yard Farm's Nomadic Chef Kickstarter campaign and her delicious Raffle Brunch on the farm in Northeast Portland's Cully neighborhood is Sunday 4/14 and you can buy tickets here and win so many super cool prizes from us and many other great shops listed at the tickets link and any donation to Stacey's kickstarter is greatly appreciated, too.
