Drink hot tea and visit, from 10-4pm this Saturday - today!

With lots of fresh bread and butter... Afterwards we'll walk the property to celebrate the lively people, worms, bees, hens, goats and plants that will be growing here. Our hens just moved in last night, they have a temporary bunker, coop moving tomorrow. Plants beginning to migrate south from home, too.

(a pie party is up our sleeves for later in the month when your tummies are hungry again...)

*thanks to Tim at Moso Graphics for designing and printing our banners; Johnson Creek Rentals for quickly delivering a scissors lift and to Neil and Ruschhaupt for braving 20' up!

- - - - - - - - - - - - - ORDER NOTE - - - - - - - - - - - - -

As we will have a smaller warehouse, we encourage you to order ahead of time, particularly for larger and special orders, or if you're coming a distance.  A week's notice is great, but even a day's heads-up will allow us to build your order ahead and confirm we have it in stock for you.

For large/special FEED orders, call by Friday for pick up the following Wednesday.

All that said, we generally have around 130 pallets of product on hand in winter, so come on in!

More about us & our new location:

Our new location is a former Kasch's Nursery site.  It was recently purchased by Les Schwab, who is kindly leasing the space to us through June.  If they are unable to build a tire shop there, we may get to stay on the property long term.  While they are researching, we will also keep looking for a more permanent location.

This property is a unique opportunity.  Initially, we've got a lot of abandoned items to clean up. We'll be sorting what's useful, what's not and what can be donated.  In addition to the main building, we will be setting up additional storage structures to contain pallets of product.  Our chickens want to adopt a few goats, including Mona and a little pygora.  Like squirrels, we'll be sowing flowers and treats for spring in the compacted lot and hope to salvage many trees and other plants on the property.

Our vision, whether on this property long term or another, is to create a demonstration garden and home orchard to share with non-profits for education.  We would love to have chickens, goats, compost, worm bins and bees for workshops.  We've gotten so many wonderful ideas from all of you - over 700 surveys so far.  Thank you!!

Our family owned company is  Naomi and Neil Montacre, Naomi's mom Mary Montgomery, Jon Wagner, Sarah Brown and Emily Gowen, with other great helpers coming on for the busy spring season.  We're thrilled to be working together and helping you!
                                                   - - -
Thank you for being with us on this adventure.  We really look forward to providing more products you've been asking for and connecting you with more educational resources.
